Samuel Brothers (St Paul’s) Ltd were granted by Capitb Trust to help towards the training of a member of staff to take over a role that a skilled member of staff from their cutting room would leave behind when they retired.
The new candidate, Sara Teszner had been involved on the manual cutting table for two years and she was ambitious to expand her skills to include operating their Gerber CAD system.
This grant was especially important for Samuel Brothers (St Paul’s) Ltd to help them to provide this training during the various challenges brought by the global pandemic.
